I am not really in pain as I am taking my codiene and numbing stuff. Also ice packs more as a distraction, and hopefully to prevent future swelling. My right side hurts more, going up towards my ear. I have been drinking ice water and also pulp free coconut water, and pulp free aloe juice. A health food store recharge (Gatorade) with ice. My mom also got a smoothie for me blended well to hopefully help with constipation. Small bites of dairy free ice cream do not go down well. I'm avoiding dairy to limit the mucus build up. Hopefully these health food tips help, would love any advice as well. My pain tolerance is high so am a but worried about not knowing when it would be necessary to go to the hospital.
