I'm going through the same thing, except, I'm 28 years old, I went to see a gyno, and she acted like it was normal to my surprise--which I know it is not, so I switched. I am 35 years old and was diagnosed with premature ovarian failure at the age of 17.Before they started me on birth control, they put me on premaritan estrogen pills for like 2 years and then gave me some pergesterone. I never got my period except for using hormone pills. I wish that i never got on them but my mother was concerned about me not getting my periods at a normal age. I then was told to go on the pills. I believe in the power of God that He has plan for my life. I'm not sure if I will ever get married and have kids but there is nothing impossible with God! If I never have kids naturally, i want to adopt one day and raise a child or more that I can say that I helped raise. I know that there are other kids out there that need homes and some love from above so, natural birth is not the only option but don't lose hope. I just want to say that hormone replacement isn't for everyone and it's ultimately up to you what you decide to put into your body. You have a right to choose!

hi. im 22 years old now and never had my period. i gain my puberty stage but nothing happens. I went to doctor once and had my ultrasound and the result was i only had i ovary and my uterus is so small that it can't bear a child. I experienced sex already many times and i dont know if its normal. i have a boyfriend now and he wants us to get married and have children but im afraid. he knows my situation and he said he'll be there by my side all time.

I know exactly how you all feel I'm 26 now and have only had periods while on progesterone due to growth hormone deficiency as a child and me and my fiance are starting to feel like we will never be able to have our own child doctors say my ovaries are undeveloped and having a child of our own is next to impossible it's really upsetting and we have started to lose hope but we won't stop looking for a solution I hope you all get your blessing someday

I have the exact same thing!!!!! I took growth hormone from 9 months to 15 years... My doctors say I have okay ovaries but my uterus is too small to carry a child. So theyre starting me on an estrogen patch to help it grow and if that doesn't work we can do IVF. I know it's similar to your story but not the same. Maybe chat to the doctors about it and see if estrogen would work for you? Do you mind me asking how long you were on your ghd treatments and where are you from?

No i dont mind at all I'm from new York and I was on the Ghd from 1 - 14 years old I had to stop the injections because my endocrinologist was in Vermont and I couldn't make the trips there every week

hello girls! i had my first menstrual at the age of 41. I had seen an ob/gyn at the age of 17 and was told i will be a late bloomer. well i dont think he meant this late. I had a fall at work and strangely 2 days later started bleeding. im telling you it was the scariest thing i had ever experienced. the bleeding was uncontrollable. i bled like 21 days a month....always carried an emergency bag of the necessary things. that was 9/2011. well hysterectomy was 5/2012. i always had the annual pap smears and never was really tested to c exactly y. wierd, huh?
