to say it's selfish is ridiculous. It is not selfish, abortion is up to the woman, both adoption and adoption are both very difficult for the mother and can be very distressing. she didn't ask your opinion on adoption - stop being selfish and not thinking about her situation

I had to abort my daughter at 6 months old because significant parts of her brain were missing, which would have caused seizures, sneezing and coughing up blood, and surgeries on a yearly basis, and the parts of her brain responsible for feeling emotions were gone too. If she were to survive up until 7 years old, and I were to ask her if she were happy or sad, she wouldn't even know the answer to that. My friend had to get an abortion at 4 months because if she had kept her daughter, her and her baby would have BOTH died. Not ever decision to abort is a selfish one.
