So, I'm 14 years old and maybe not the most hygienic person in the world. But, still twice before, the infections were limited to the outer skin of the vaginal lips. But, this time it is a little umm ... not very little. I guess you could say the size of 2-3 peas stuck together? Well, so there's a lump in my vagina. I started having little pain a few days ago, not stabbing pain, more like the pain you get when you stretch your skin. I thought, I had probably broken my hymen while I fell the other day [I'm not sure how possible that is, but anyways] and it was just stretching on to whatever was still stuck on my skin. But, today, I actually checked it out 'down there' and turns out is a lump. Right outside vagina, on the left side, but under the tissue/skin. And stretching the skin makes the lump very apparent.

P.S: Its NOT STD or something, let's just say I'm a good girl!
P.P.S: I'm really scared and too embarrassed to tell anyone, so please help!!!!! :|
It sounds like you have a cyst. Depending on where exactly it is will determine what kind it is. I had one recently myself. There are many glands down there and sometimes they get stopped up and fluid gets backed up and causes a lump or cyst. You should go to the doctor and they will give you antibiotics and it should go away. Worst case scenerio, it doesn't go away and they have to surgically remove it. it is really important to keep that area clean otherwise dirt and stuff can cause the glands to get stopped up. They can also cause bad infections. Go to the doctor. It's nothing to be ashamed of.

This is most likely a cyst. I am currently dealing with a similar situation. Might want to go to the doctor. Not life threatening or anything, but can get infected and VERY painful!
