Hey I have kinda the same problem I have little pimples all over my penis and some times i get bigger ones and its litterly a pimple i pop it and pimple stuff comes out, so I went to my doctors and she thought it was over sized sweat glands but to be sure I went to a specialest and they said it was sweat glands, so Its probably what I have but get it looked at just to be sure you dont have genital herpies cuz thats what I thought it was and I started breaking down crying lol btw I am a 21 yearld male from Canada and I have had this problem for about 10 years its emberrising but a part of life and most girls dont even notice, unless its a big one wich I have right now :( dont try to pop it or cut it open, when I was younger I tryed cutting then off with scissors cuz i was scared and I wanted them gone now I have scars down there so be careful and I hope it all works out for you guys.
Wow, i came here for the same problem, im going to have sex tomorrow and i got this big spot, i tried to get a pin and disinfect it with a lighter and pop it it failed horribly im not afraid to have sex as she wont see but if i wanted a blow job from her hmm that would be grosse if she finds out!

Yea i have the same problem im glade im not the only one i can't bring myself to pop it so im going to leave it and hope for the best there is no way i am going to the doctors seeing as it seems to be such a common thing ill just wait awhile.
I've got the same problem as the original poster described, i've noticed, they work alot like normal spots that grow on your face, if you do get the courage to pop the f****r, white puss comes out.. i don't THINK they're harmful, however, i'm definitely going to the doctors to see if they can give me a clearer explanation, i've had 1 or 2 of them.. Hope I helped in some way :)
i get em about 1 time a month. just take a needle right through the top layer then squeeze. hard puss comes out

Man I have the same problem so I did something wired and in a matter of days it seemed to help I put tooth paste and now it's completely gone try it guys
hey im 15 years old i had that same problem for a few years now some i poped but most of them i left alone and they went away
i dont think it has any connection to sex since me and my girlfriend have been doing it for like 5 month now and i havent encountered the problem since so im guessing from my research that its normal and pass overtime and if not pop them and sterilize with alcohol
