I just popped mIne, and it was discusting. I tried squeezing it earlier, but the trick is to use bot thumbs and push together. It will look disgustiing, and pus and blood will come out, but at least it's popped.

I have the same problem! I don't want to pop it though. I can't masturbate without worrying the pimple would get bigger :(

Its just an ingrown or infected hair. Wait a bit and it will get bigger then come to a head. When it does apply quick pressure to pop dont actually keep squeezing. Its NOT an S.T.D. Dont worry it is normal just after put some sort of antiseptic on it to clean it out.

I have had the same thing for like 2-3 times and it just goes away. It's a relief to see so many people facing it. Now I am assured that it's common and definitely not an STD

First things first: DON'T WORRY! This is nothing uncommon and it's perfectly normal, especially for ages 16-mid-twenties. It happens. The best thing to do is not irritate it. It will run its course in a few days to a weeks. You can try applying some anti-acne cream to draw out the oils and dry it out. Keep the area clean. Pop it if you can, but don't squeeze it for more than a couple seconds. If it doesn't pop right away, it's not ready. It'll pop on its own eventually and all you have to do is clean the area with soap and water and you'll be good as new. :)

There had been a very smell bump on my penis for a very very long time. not enough to cause a problem, just enough to be noticed. A couple days ago it was tender to the touch, then when I looked today, it was large very swollen and bright red (the Bump) I applied a little pressure to pop it like a pimple and instantly a large amount of the white paste-ish substance from pimples and pus and a little blood came out. Already it feels much better and has decreased by at least 3/4 in size.

I've had the same thing occur over the past years. No big deal.  Here's what I've been doing for years. I've been doing this for zits, blisters, etc. and it works like a dream.  Did this method for a blister on my foot 2 days ago and its clearing up already.

Most of the irritation is from the pressure build up inside and the bump keeps growing so we need to relieve the pressure as a doctor would. ( I may have very well learned this technique on a blister/acne years ago and just can't remember now.  No marks, no pain, no health issues, and the problem is gone clean in days.  Wash the area with soap so its clean before starting.

I use a very sharp pin as someone said previously.  I sterilize it as best as possible, usually under scolding hot water from the sink. ( Don't use any type of a rusted pin - get a new one. It can be a sewing needle or even a safety pin as long as its clean, shiny, and very sharp... and of course as thin as possible)

Have a tissue at hand.  Squeeze the acne or blister slightly and you'll be able to slide the tip of the needle through the top of the surface of the zit horizontally going in 1 piece of skin and coming out 1/8 - 1/4 inch afterwards.  Remove the needle afterwards.  You need to go through so the fluid has 2 exits to come out.  As soon as you do this, there is usually always a little fluid or puss that comes out, depending on how big the pimple is.  Use the tissue to absorb as much as possible by squeezing gently and forcing out as much fluid as you think there is in the pimple area.  You may even need a 2nd tissue.  Do it until the tissue stops absorbing spots.  Sometimes you may get a little blood spots but they're tiny and the bleeding clots and stops in moments.  Then clean the area again as you don't want any of the fluid to create any type of irritation that you can't see near that spot.

Relieving the pressure always makes the area feel better and there's zero to little pain in doing this.  Even on your penis - (Remember we're only on the surface of the skin, not doing a body piercing.)

Afterwards, I just put on a little neosporin or on a facial zit, just a little acne cream.  This method works incredibly well for getting rid of whitehead pimples instantly with no marks at all afterwards.  Good luck to you all.

I see that this was posted long ago, but even still, for those still looking for answers, it is highly unlikely that it is an STD/STI. Pimples happen. What i found worked for me, is just putting tooth paste on it haha, just a little dab, but it will dry it up and reduce the size of it, and eventually it will go away.

i noticed i usually dont get these unless i start jacking off more than usual. 

this happened to me to but it was 2 pimples, one of them popped and the other one is big and it hurts, but ive popped it like 4 times and the pus still comes back! what the f**k do I do!

I have the same zits. Big, nasty, hurt a lot and appear out of nowhere. There are two ways I deal with them:
1. If you can't pop it for 2-3 seconds you should leave it alone. You can however apply some ointment. I apply Clearasil. It will dissapper in 3-5 days max.
2.If you pop it simply squeeze all puss out until there is only blood. Soak up the blood with some toilet paper. A nasty volcano-like pimple will be left but don't worry. It will heal in about 2-4 days. I apply iodine because it dissinfects the wound and burns it, therefore closes it faster. To keep the swelling down after you could apply an ice pack but it might hurt.
This is a normal process during puberty in a man's life. It is very common. Don't worry. Although some conditions need to be treated by a doctor. I hope this information was helpful to you.
