I am assuming that you were 5 weeks (taken from first day of last period, not day of conception) I am also guessing that you had a medical abortion because surgical abortions are not usually done before 6 weeks. It is possible that there is some retained material in there that is still releasing pregnancy hormone. If there is no chance that you are pregnant again, I would get a doctor to investigate ie perform an ultrasound to see what is going on.
There are clinics who do perform early 4-5 week abortions through ultrasound to ensure they remove all tissues, it is great that the few offer it so early.
YOU DEF need an ultrasound! After a medical abortion(by pill), it is normally always done within 2 weeks of the baortion to ensure everything is all clear.
