No, this is absolutely not true! The one who told you that made a good joke with you. Acne in your age are very normal and caused by “dirt” in your skin. that doesn’t mean you shout wash your face too much (not more than twice daily), because this so called dirt is deep in your skin and could also be caused by the life style, for example smoking, alcohol drinking, but not masturbating.

to the person above me I have kids in my school dealing drugs and they are 12!
you can due to the changes in your hormone levels from up and down which will cause it but if you just do it every couple months you wont have any problems at all...
