I've looked back on my year in my log and found the following key points:
[1] My anaerobic threshold has moved up to ~85% of my maxHR
[2] The majority of my runs lately are at ~80% of my maxHR

Does this mean that if I'm at 80% of my max HR I'm still training in an aerobic range? Does pushing the AT farther up expand your aerobic HR range?

I'm really hoping for a "yes" answer here....
Yes, you can do more aerobic work without hitting AT.
