I have similar symptoms. I had my GB out in July 2011 (currently Jan 2012). My biggest issue is dull pain in my right side just under rib cage when standing up or walking. When laying down it subsides. If I'm on my feet for more than 10 or 15 minutes I start getting bloated along with the pain. When I sit down the pain gradually leaves but bloating subsides slower. Laying down is best. Bowel movements are normal & Dr. did Liver Enzymes test which came back normal. It feels like maybe scar tissue inside and when I stand up it pulls on the scar tissue. Dr. said that was a possibility. Very uncomfortable and I can't walk long distances cause pain & bloating gets unbearable.

, finally MRI and have another stone blocking bile duct which am having out in 2 weeks. my worry is that I told them all along it was the same as original stone blockage but only told 1 week ago that yes you can get them again they just form somewhere else.
Perhaps I'm having good luck because I didn't have any digestive or gall bladder problems prior to this weird attack. I hope you can find some help. For what it's worth I drink lots of juice and love non sweetened Cranberry Juice.
I had my gall bladder removed November 2011 and have suffered diarrhoea within 10mins of eating a meal since, which is almost as bad as the constant flatulence. Is this common? Is it what I eat? Will it last a lifetime? What can I do to get back to a normal daily cycle, I had no problems at all in this area before this operation?
Has anyone else got this problem and had it for a long time and cured it?
