How big are you? Some men are late-bloomers so you might still have a chance of growing a bit more, but at 18 tbh, there shouldn't be much of a difference.
Just like every vagina and boob size is different, the size of your penis and girth are going to be different compared to the next guy. And penis size doesn't coordinate with your height, just so you know.
There's no actual given size of what a 17 year old should be, but the average penis is 5 inches. 6 inches is a good and comfortable size. I'd be quite happy with it. You don't need to see a doctor.
