Hi.
It sounds like you're going through a challenging situation with your mom's comments about your weight. It's important to remember that everyone's body is unique, and what is a healthy weight for one person may not be the same for another. Additionally, as a 13-year-old, your body is still growing and developing, which means your weight will naturally fluctuate as you grow.
It's not fair to compare your weight to your sister's or anyone else's, as everyone's body is different. What's more important is that you are healthy and feel good in your own body. Healthy habits like eating a balanced diet and staying active are more important than a number on a scale.
If your mom's comments are making you feel upset or uncomfortable, it might be helpful to have a calm and honest conversation with her about how her words affect you. You can also speak to another trusted adult, like a teacher, school counselor, or family member, about your feelings.
Remember, your self-worth is not defined by your weight or appearance. It's important to focus on being healthy and happy, not just on what the scale says.
