I don't think it's sweating - i have ulcerative colitis and I get this, but I believe it to be mucus discharge. There may be other things besides my condition that can cause this, so speak with a doctor. UC is a chronic, debilitating illness that requires medication at least. I will be speaking with my gastroenterologist further about this.
Has anybody on the forum heard of Habba Syndrome? This might be something to look into if you also have problems that are similar to everyone elses on the
site. I have dealt with the frustration of dealing with doctors who take the easy road and tel you to increase fibre intake (which should be part of your diet anyway) but if you are experiencing constant leakage you NEED to see a doctor who specializes in gastroenterology. Also stop eating Any and ALL foods that have fat substitutes because a lot of these are non-digestible (ie...it will enter your stomach and come out in your underware).

to your question of the warm water enema lol it is where you buy a enema water bottle with a slim catheter and fill it with water and salt and slide it into your hairy butt hole (using your words not mine) and push the water from the bottle by squeezing it and then slide it out of your bottom and that will clean out your ass.
Hyperhidrosis has many causes, and it is a common condition. It can be the side effect of many other conditions. It is mainly a neurological problem, but its general cause is not well understood. There is no single solution to this problem. For sweat stains, wear more absorbent underwear. It is important to talk to your doctor and find what triggers your excessive sweating. It could be something in your diet. The anxiety of finding or trying to hide sweat stains could produce even more sweat. Relaxation is key, but it is not the cure. I hope you will find a successful treatment to your problem from a medical professional.
Like other commentors, it is amazing to see that so many other guys have this same issue. None of the advice posted on here seem to be real long term solutions unfortunatly. I get the same sweaty ass as mentioned above, and with it comes unpleasant odor. I also have a hairy ass... I am seriously considering going to a doctor to have laser hair removal performed, does anyone know if this helps with the ass sweat, or at the very least the odor?
I have had the same problems. Not just from sex, sports, ect. What you can do that helped me is to take fiber sup. drink plenty of water and try not to eat so much in the way of greasy foods. mine started to go away after about 2 days of starting that. But mine was not just sweat. I would wipe my ass when it would fell wet and it would look like I had sh*t myself. But I havent had this problem now for about a year now. Good luck and I hope this helps.
Try wearing Under Armour compression shorts that are heat gear so that they cool you off..and absorb the sweat..that's what i do and it works great..
I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. It bothered me and was very embrassing, and smelly i couldnt sit on peoples sofas without leave ass rings. My girlfriend left me because of the stench that was left in my underware along with the stains from leakage. I found a solution, its simple and yet very unbleivelable, yet very cheap. All you need is Oatmeal with a tad bit of honey. Leave on for a total of 15 minutes daily for two weeks. It cleans and removes smell. It causes no irrration. And another positive it leaves your bottom really soft. I happy to say ive been able to masterbate without soaking my bed. It may not sound believeble. But it reli does work. I reccomend trying this if your seroius about getting rid of this problem, all men seem to have. It works great, and its nice to know when i go to sit on my familys sofa its dry without any odor when i stand up.
In the majority of cases this is just to simple a fix. I also have been thru this & I'm 55. Your eating and drinking habits, think about them, you must change them but the most inportant is to drink more water & less pop. Eat less greasy foods, exercise & drink a lot of water, drink a lot of water, I can not say it enough droink a lot of water. I have also had medicines that cause it, most have been pain pills, vicoden, vicoprofen & oxycodone. If y ouare on long term pain meds have your dotor switch you to methadone, it worked for me. Talk to a dotor before you try any medicines to fix this. Good luck.
I found protein shakes to be the cause of my troubles. I just cut down and sweating eased up.
Hey listen!
Does anyone here have a bit of an abnormal sized ass for the record? (my fat distribution goes to my thighs)
[When I masturbate, I use a towel under my ass, it kinda helps...]
I had this for a few years now.
On cleanliness, make sure you blast your crack with very warm water and soap last thing in the shower, after you do a bowel movement. This way, at least the sweat will only smell of sweat (it seems a bit sweet, different compared to armpits, but at least no poo smell).
I get the sweats especially before a bowel movement so at least I shower soon after and I do my bowel movements at home in the morning before work. If you did bowel movement in evening it would be worse, you are likely to be socialising or at work and sweat more then.
I also get it during masturbation and sex.
Also during anxious moments, especially social anxiety.
I believe it is either sweat or maybe even condensation. But what is happening for sure is its a part of the body that doesn't get any air. That's why it more often happens when you're sitting down. Just like other parts of the body such as your beltline or where you carry a backpack. So for sleeping, if you roll onto your side for a few minutes you can get rid the sweat.
So why do we have such high temperature butts? I wish I knew why, maybe it is my diet, I don't know.
Anxiety explains some of it but not all of it.
Also, if you sit with a leg crossed underneath then it lifts your cheeks slightly and this is good for getting rid of some sweat. Standing up can be good too, unless you're in a socially anxious state, then its bad.
Only drugs I am taking are omeprazole 20mg daily but that never gave me this problem for years until 3 years ago this started.
Also I recommend wearing shorts with holes in them that breathe, sports style, they help me a lot to air the butt. You can even buy a butt fan. Also I will probably buy a beaded wooden seat for work. If anyone asks, I will say its for comfort, like accupressure. But taxi drivers use them for sweaty butt themselves.

Damn, that would make a lot of sense to me as I haven´t had this problem all my life. (I dont suffer from the olydor issue, only that I sweat excessivly during sex).
However I´m a very keen amature sportsman and protein shakes are essential to my diet. Does anyone have an idea how I could try and stop this without reducing the protein shakes in my diet? Do you think this is just that I´m using shakes, or is it that I am now eating a lot more protein that I have earlier in my life? I´m 26.
I have had this problem for over a year now. I have tried the fiber supplements, drinking a ton of water, did p90x and changed my eating habits, even had a hemorrhoid banded...but it still persists. This is horrible, and while it may not be like cancer or something, I feel it is just as debilitating as having something visual and along those lines. Im 23 years old. Why would I even want to talk to a girl(s) or go out with the possibility that I could start just sweating sh*t out of my ass? I have been to the Cleveland Clinic specialists, and no one knows what this is, or what to do. This didnt start until 4/10.
HI. So did you also have the anal leakage too? How often did you do the warm salt enema? And did you use sea salt for it? Please please reply it will mean so much to me. Thank you
