Answers Please !

I'm 14 years old and I'm not sexually active. About 2 weeks ago a boy gave me oral sex and everything was fine , and he was clean .2 days later me and my friend went to the river , about 3 days after maybe a week the inside of my vulva started getting itchy and red , it only itched when I touched it and it had a tiny bump you couldntnsee but you could feel it . The bump and redness went away by e morning but the itch kinda stayed when I touched it . My discharge is normal how it always is and I don't have any symptoms , but last night I shaved and now my vagina hole is kinda red , but ithink it's just from shaving . I can't tell my mom and I'm embarrassed to see a doctor and plus who will take me ? I'm scared and I need answers please :(
