Yes I was prescribed this drug to sleep. However it leaves me very cloudy during the next day.
i take 50 mg and i sleep but not all night any reason?
I was on this drug to help me sleep because I am an insomniac. This drug made me cloudy the next day. One should not have to take any additional sleep aides to help them sleep. I had stopped using this drug and am now on 30mg of oxezapam which is used for sleep. It is not addictive in regards to withdrawal effects. If one is an insomniac, this drug is the better drug to take. Studies show that a good nights sleep is essential for health and the side effects are minimal if any at all. No cloudiness when taken early enough to allow 8 hours of recommended sleep. Eg, 6:00 am wake up? Take your aide at roughly 8-9:00 pm.
I take 100mg of trazodone and 3mg of lunesta per night to sleep..it works great except i have to take theem when i'm already sleepy..if i'm awake and take them i only get drowsy and in some cases dizzy ..when i do get sleepy and then take them ,i DO get a good sleep
In 2 weeks you changed the dosage 6 times ? You are not supposed to mess with anti-anxiety meds like you are doing. Did your Doctor tell you to up the dosage and then lower the dosage the way you have ?
I wonder how you are doing now. I can so relate to your post. I'm losing hope I will ever sleep normal.
I took Trazodone to sleep when i was getting off Xanax Xanax is the most addicting drug Life changing drug I ever took. Don't do it. Now Im detoxing Tazadone . I would say 25mg is ok, but its also addicting. I want to take 0.0 drugs for a natural sleep !!!
Do not take benzos as said above.find other options.if u need benzos u already need professional help or treatment....not benzos
Trazadone is non narcotic and non addictive
I am on 200 mg of trazodone and possibly being increased to 250 mg. as i still wake up during the night. When i wake up I do not feel rested and can sleep again for 2-3 hours . I really miss the days when 8 hours was enough sleep and I felt rested.I stay up all night and am very awake and alert, but my body tires before my brain does.
Wow!!!!! It is so irresponsible and dangerous for a dr to cold turkey a patient off klonopin or any benzo. Its is also inhumane. That could cause seizures or kill someone. I hope you are okay now.
