So I have seen this around in stores and online quite a bit, this Scholl Express Pedi. They come in different versions. I don't know if it is because I did an awful lot of hiking this summer, but whole slabs of skin are simply separating/falling off my soles at the moment and I am too lazy or just not willing to get a professional pedicure by someone else. OK, I am ashamed of my feet, I'll admit it.
So I wanted to know, is the Scholl Express Pedi a good alternative to a pro pedi? If you have tried it, what do you think?

I have one. My mom gave it to me as a gift, which was sweet of her, but it's really very rough on my feet and doesn't deliver the refined results it would have you believe by any stretch of the imagination! It's a rather crude tool, I dare say. I even noticed that my feet were worse off than before, that they were cracking in places. If you are very gentle with it, barely touching your skin, it's OK, but it's not a tool I really break out regularly.
Don't tell my mom though. :) I told her I like it.
Nah, never. I have seen them around but it does not appeal to me at all. I go for a pedicure about twice a year or whenever my feet look like they are screaming for one, LOL.... I'd not mess around with home products like that too much because 1 the result is never the same and 2 part of the reason I go for pedis in the first place is it's nice for someone else to take good profi care of your feet. I'd rather spend money on that than on some mechanical device that I already know I won't be using much...
