Anyone used heroin after/while on suboxone?

Bro I will 1000% guarantee that you didn't get more High from the suboxone mixed with the dope. I dont care what kind of body or tolerance you have and thats a fact buddy. When you had taken that 2 week break even on Subs at week 2 your tolerance does a dip below the line of what it was before you ever started taking Heroin "EVER " which is the most dangerous time with addicts because alot of them don't know this. This is how Bradly Noel lead singer from Sublime died and many other civilians and musicians when they try to quit and then go back about a 12-20days later. I would be very aware of this and it does go back up to just your normal tolerance even not doing Subs. I have been through 5 rehabs in patient 3 years and outpatient for 2 that told me this and to be very careful when you get back on the Opiates. Here is the other reason that I cant believe as a user you didn't even think of there SMART guy. WTF are you people Thinking other than I just want to get retarded high WOW Im a addict but we all had DARE in school and was told alot of this stuff I know you all had the same sh*t My god you people are KILLING yourself over this exact reason... Did you know that the bags you get are not ever the same quality as the last due to the cuts they either use or dont use There smart fella I cant believe you do H and dont realize this????. I strongly recommend this to all addicts struggling with detoxing or quitting is a very delicate time in your bodies and just start with at most half a Dub or less than half what you did before then see how you feel then do a little bit more and wait for a solid 30 minutes before you decide to do more and if your nodding off there is no point in continuing to get as close to the edge of death but not die HIGH???? WTF trust me I love to get high but not to the point of retarded and drooling on yourself without speaking full words is for the BIRDS I have gotten that way on accident because of how strong the Dope is here in south east but as a responsible addict I makes sure to not just do the hole bag on a fresh batch I always take a small bump and sit for 30 min then take my dosage based off the quality.

You are totally right and you can still get high on subutex but if you try to get high on suboxone after heroin you will get sick precipitated withdrawal

I take suboxone every three days and do heroin everyday. I never get sick.

Buprenorphine itself has a higher binding affinity than both naloxone and morphine / heroin. Bupe is what keeps you from getting high not naloxone / narcan. Bupe is also what will give precipitated WD.

I am on Suboxone now. I started off at 24mg's and am currently down to 8. Ok so what I was wondering was when you get off it the way your doctor perscribes do you still feel dope sick when you are done?

It's not the narcan that blocks the heroin from the receptors. Narcans sublingual bioavailability is very poor. The buprenorphine which is the agonist/antagonist drug in suboxone has a higher affinity for the receptors than heroin or any other opiate. Therefore providing a blockade to any opiate trying to attach itself to the opiate receptors. Narcans half life is far less than buprenorphines as well. If the narcan was activated in one's body it's effect would only last six hours or so before opiates would be able to attach to receptors. Buprenorphines half life is much longer therefore providing a more effective blockade for many hours to days depending on the dose taken.

i did the same thing only got a tiny rush no high the sub blocked it that was ten hours ago can i do subs again since i realy didnt get the effect of the heroin.

24 hours is about how long you should wait. it has a 36 hours half life

The reason naloxone is in Suboxone is to prevent users from IV use and that's it. Naloxone is and intranasal/intramuscular medication so when someone injects it they will go into immediate wd just like they received Narcan during an od. I really wish people didn't provide information when they have no idea what they're talking about. It's extremely dangerous.
