For about a month or two I have noticed that my appetite was decreasing and I wasnt hungry anymore. Now I can go a whole day with eating very little, like once in a day and it won't be a lot . I occasionally feel hungry but absolutely nothing is appetizing, sometimes I'll feel sick if I try to eat. Itoday for instance I felt like I was starving around 1130, and ate around 1215, I ate half a burger and a handful of fries. Now tat all th e "symptoms" are done ill describe my lifestyle, I'm 17 years old male. Iused to be a high performance athlete training everyday for about 4 hours, and I would eat quite a bit...that was over a year ago now and I am still active. Any information would be great thanks ! Also I have lost 5-8 pounds since my appetite starred to decrease
Hello, yeah i know how you feel. Most people complain about eating to much but there are also a lot of people that would like to be able to eat more. Maybe your lost of appetite has something to do with your mental state. Maybe you are in a bad mood for some reason, or maybe you have anxiety or stress issues. Depression can also affect your appetite. Im just saying this so you know what could cause your appetite loss. On the other hand, some medications can cause this too so make sure you are not on any unnecessary meds. Third thing would be that there is something wrong with your stomach, maybe some bacteria or a virus. I would suggest to you that you schedule an appointment with your doc and tell him what has been bothering you. Maybe there is a quick solution for your problem, instead of you losing weight and worrying. Hope this helps
