What you're describing is exactly what I have. Your right back is stretched out and your right chest is tightened up to counter the rotation of your spine. Your right side of abs feels bigger because it is tighter than the left side to trying to, once again, counter the rotation of your spine. What you need to do is stretch out your right chest muscles and do some stretches to lengthen the concave side of your condition. Proceed with caution. I am no doctor, but I am 99% sure we are suffering from the same condition.

so does anyone know why it feels like the left side feels like its pushing out and larger than the right and maybe only noticable to you but not to others? also flexing your abs it looks like the left top ab is bigger than the right?

aha i have this on my right side, sticks out a bit more, my friends think its crazy, my gf thinks its cute. Named it gladis , cba to see a doctor 13 and dont give a sh*t tbh, maybe il go to the doctor later in life but everyones replies seem pretty chill tbh . Peace ✌️
I once had this problem too. It may be caused because you exercise just for one side or i mean your muscles are only trained for left part or right part (one of them). Then you feel more comfortable in your current position, this is what caused the lump (what i think).
To fix it, you'll need to excercise the other part (based on my case, its the side with the "lump"). Then try to set your sitting and sleeping positions. Don't try to correct by set it to your most comfortable position, but try to measure your posture while doing it
Hope this will help, the results won't be seen soon.
