Could be 7 inches by 13 but not likely to get any larger, other boys might only be less than 5" and not be 7 by the time they are 17 or even later, it really does vary an awful lot during that period of a young man's life.

Interesting study by that university, but if a man measures his penis the result is always larger than if a doctor or nurse does that, not too many guys would allow that to happen, guys always measure their penis the wrong way, ie, extending the measuring tape into their testicles (balls), a penis should be measured from the body side, the result then would be smaller than 6 to 7 inches, although there are some men who are as large or larger than 7", but not too many.
