for a 13 year old Asian your penis is average at 2.5 inches, that's flaccid, erect being 5.4 is actually a little above average for a boy your age, as I always say, be proud of what you have.

Yea that's totally normal most guys are like that. And 4inches is a pretty decent flaccid size
All boys and men's penises are 'way smaller' when soft (flaccid) than when erect-hard, you have a decent sized penis which I hope you are happy with, 4" flaccid and almost 7" hard is fine. It is more than normal, normal is 3.5" flaccid and just under 6" erect
