When I was 14 I measured mine incorrectly as being 9 inches, that was wrong, I included the bit that stretched in the balls (testicles) perhaps that guy included them too, yes a penis can stretch into the balls, that adds about in average 2" more, so 9 became 7 and possibly that 8 inches is more like to be 6 or just a little bigger, no harm in exaggerating the length of your penis especially if another guy does that and you know that including your testicles that you could be at least the same of a little more.
What a contrast, one boy saying his penis is 8" erect and the next saying his is only 3 and a half inches when erect. The boy with the 3.5 erect penis must be a bit disappointed at the size of it, but don't despair, you might be a 'late bloomer' your's should get a bit larger by the time you are 16 or 17 and be an average of 5.5". I just for your sake that it does get larger.

Based off of perspective other penises often will look bigger then when you look down at your penis so it is a matter of angle ...... your erect lengthbis average . How big is your flaccid length?
In reply to the boy whose penis erect is 6.5 inches, that is above average and you should be very pleased about that, however, when you look at other boys erect penises and they look larger it's as someone else said "a matter of the angle you are looking down at his penis", yes it might look larger but that's not necessarily the case

(nothing else was done) He took out his penis first, I thought, 'wow he is large' (remember what I said about looking down at a certain angle), next it was my turn, I took my fully erect penis out and he gasped 'wow your enormous' again remember the angle he was looking at mine' it looked large to him at that 'looking down angle' So it is important to know that looking with the corner of your eye at other guys penises makes them 'look' as they are larger. The only way for you to know how big a boys penis is to stand together with both penises erect and look down and see who has the largest, as it was I had the largest by a fraction and was very happy about that, I told him never to boast on how large his penis was, there is alway some boy with one a bit bigger.
