Probably is a lie, it would be interesting if the boy who says he is 5in flaccid and 10in hard erect met up with "TheGrinningMan" who says his penis is half an inch 'smaller' at only 9 and a half inches erect. IF both of you are telling the truth which is doubtful then you are way above the average of 5.5inches erect for your age. I personally think that both of you are just trying to upbeat each other in size.

That's a reasonably sized penis for your age, 6inches, it might get to 7" by the time you are 15, but on the other hand, it might be as big as it's going to be, who knows.
