What actually counts is how big a boys or mans penis is erect, this applies to ALL boys and men, doesn't really matter the size of a guys penis when flaccid ( although a well-hung penis looks impressive in the locker room or shower) it's when it is erect that keeps a guy happy, for example, one man might have a 3 inch flaccid penis but when erect its 7" or more, that man will be full of joy, on the other hand another boy or man could have a 5" flaccid penis but it only goes to 6" when erect, I would imagine he would be a bit disappointed considering other boys or men have smaller flacced penises but when erect are larger, yes what really counts is how big it is erect
