I and 14 and I lift weights and I do it well . I have gained massive amounts of size and I am very big but I have experienced bad elbows a d tennis elbow. I recommend you NEVER go lower than 6-8 reps mainly stay 8-12 and UFC u have small pains. Rest for a whole week

I know this forum is over a year old, but I am now 15, and i have actually grown 2 inches, (im 5'8 And 1/2 now) since weightlifting, I max and everything else, hasn't harmed me yet, I weigh 219, I am not obese. Bench max is 225, squat is 310, deadlift is 215, power clean is 165.

Yeha it is bad think to lift heavy weight while u teen, couse your body and skeleto its in growth till 24-25 years, after that age u cant start doing it but step by step!
