I am 8 months pregnant and I got very badly burnt on my legs belly and shoulders!! i dont know what to do11
Call your OB...obviously there is not much you can do now but treat your discomfort. the good news is it didn't hurt the baby.... i mean its not good to let your body temp get high for very long when you are pregnant but if you were not laying out and letting yourself get overheated you and baby will be fine. Just how severe is it? your skin isn't falling off and you don't have boils do you? A little peeling is ok.
I've gotten sunburned in both my pregnancies as we have a habit of taking a trip to the beach every year regardless and the only reason I spoke to my doc was to confim what was safe to use for discomfort. (if it was necessary)
