I am afraid I am a bit disorganized and a very impulsive person. I keep telling myself I will eat better and I will eat less, but then I get hungry and order a pizza, or go to McDonalds, or eat candy... The weight loss I was planning just has not happened, and I realize now that I really need a diet routine to succeed. Which ones are the best? Can you help?

In order to reduce your weight first you have to start excise and then prepare a perfect diet plan and follow them.
In between if you feel hungry means.... eat fruits or vegetables. Then definitely you can lose your weight.
