I was amazed to see all the discussions about different diet, and the amounts of money that people are paying for these! Usually there is one fad diet, or a couple, that are really popular at any given time. And people invest so much money into this! But people, you are just being ripped off... doesn't everyone know that exercising and eating properly helps you lose weight, and not fad diets?
Any ideas on how to lose 2-3 stone in 2 months???
