I was reading some men's magazines at the barbers and they were full articles about weight loss, and weight loss for men specifically of course. What else would you expect from a men's mag? Forget about cars and soccer, today's men's magazines are all about diets and weight loss. Do you think there is really such thing as the best diet to lose weight for men? Whatever happened to eating less and working out more often?
I'm with you there, but then I don't buy into this whole metro-sexual moisturising thing and never have done. I'm actually trying to work on my beer gut at the moment and we all know what makes that happen - stay away from the beer and eat less. Instead of going down the pub, go for jog around the park instead. But well, men's mags make money, so I see no end to the weight loss for men hype any time soon.
