can anyone in here tell me what is the best timing for intermittent fasting? Is it even possible to define the best timing for every single person on this planet?
Is intermittent fasting right program? Can I start with this after New Year's eve or should I do it right now, tomorrow for an example?
Why is this weight loss plan so popular lately? I know there is no food preparation and cleanup process, and that is great.
But still, I am worried about the possible side effects that intermittent fasting can cause.
So, anyone here who can tell me what is the best timing to start with this?

who have told you that you don't have to prepare food? Wrong at the beginning. If you want to lose weight, with or without pills, you need to prepare healthy food. You don't think to live on pills, right? Yes, IF is very popular lately, but it is not for everyone. No one in this forum can tell you when to start and when is the best time, because you need to decide this on your own. Your body is probably very different from mine, and some methods are not the same for you and for me.
One more advice : if you want to start doing something, do it now. Don't wait for something to happen or something to pass.

I must say that I love IF. I was following 16/8 program, that means 8 hours eating program. You can take intermittent fasting as a lifestyle, it is simple. It works very well so far.
I agree with the previous post; if you want to start something, do it now. Don't wait for tomorrow, next week, next month or next year.
While I am on IF, I usually eat 3 meals every day, but sometimes that is not really matter. Calories are important. Count them. You need to train hard as well and eat healthy!
