You see, I have a big problem with controlling my body weight and I believe that all these extra pounds are located in my big glutes. I have never had big stomach or legs but only problem is in the size of my but.
Personally, I don’t believe in these diets that promise you amazing fat loss. I would rather spend some time in gym and try to loose it naturally. Why these fat cells only build up on my glutes? Are there any exercises I could practice to reduce these big glutes?
Hello. I'm very glad to hear that there are someone who wouldn’t start with these “miracle” diets and practice healthy weight loss. You see, your problem with big glutes doesn’t have anything to do with the type of food you eat or anything but only with your genetics. Some people are simply genetically preordered to build up fat cell on this part of body- especially women.
There are several glutes exercise that every gym trainer could explain you but there is one I practice often. I lie on the floor and face upward with my right leg straight ahead in the air, forming a sharp angle with my upper torso. Try to do at least ten repetitions and you will see the effects after week or so! Wish you all the luck!
