hi im 13 year old boy in the uk and about 4 to 6 months ago i found a squishy lump on my left testice
now its hard but when i squeeze it is not as hard in the middle
also there is a very very small lump next to it
im really scared i dont want to tell my mum and i dont see my dad so i cant have a man to man discussion
please help and tell me what to do

See your doctor for a checkup. It may be nothing but we can't tell without an exam.
You can always tell your mom it is a man problem. Hopefully she won't pressure you.
I do think you should have it checked, to rule out testicular cancer. Since you're seeing multiple lumps that's part of the concern.
