Can someone please help me I have a problem that i am very embarassed and ashamed. at this time i can not go to the dermotoligy because i have no ins. But my problem is i have black spots on my butt looks just like when you shave. i have tried different sops, lotions, and even proactive but it does not work. anyone else have the same problem. even when getting intimate i want to have the lights off i hate my butt.

i have the same problem idk what to do i just keep trying to hide it from everyone. i feel like i cant be myself because these spots are holding me back. i wonder why i get them and how i can get rid of them. they're on the back of my thighs, sides of my hips, and buttocks. HELP PLEASE!!!
