i'm just wondering if this is normal or shld i be worried?

i had surgical abortion on 5th sept when i was about 6-7 wks preg.
had no pain and little bleeding which stopped by 7th sept morning..was eating the 5 day antibiotics doctor gave.

i think my hormones were still like pregnancy time..still turned on, so had sex w my bf on that 7th sept and on 9th sept.
no bleeding or pain or anything at all.

went to doc on 12th sept for my follow up check and he gave mercilon to eat for next 21 days.
on 14th sept my bf and I had protected sex again.
then next few days, my labia minora started being itchy occasionally..
on 19th night, i had some spotting.

wanted to go see my doctor but he was on leave.
then on sat 20th sept, i started bleeding slightly as well as backache near my left waist. but it stopped the next morning..then on sun 21st nite..i started bleeding again..plus i have slight backache and my legs aching too.

i'm just wondering whats going on?
not sure if i got infection or its just normal bleeding post abortion.
