As for my experience it definitely fits eczema. For the past year I battled my skin with red itchy dry patches that spread all over my body, then finally I got to a doctor who gave me a topical steroid cream (which is exactly like Eucerin save for one ingredient) and a medication that essentially does the same thing as Benadryl or Claratin to prevent itching. My skin cleared up within days and I stopped itching! Benadryl and Claratin weren't working for me because when I was a child any time I had the slightest sniffle and sneeze my mom gave one of them to me. I have an immunity to diphenhydramine now so I had to be prescribed a substitute.
Just a couple weeks later I am now experiencing the small bumpy blister-like things on my hands and feet. At first I thought it must be an allergic reaction to something on the floors of the gym I started attending, but now after some research I believe it is dyshidrotic eczema. I'm continuing to take the medication for itching and applying ointment (Eucerin and the prescription steroid cream) and it seems to help a bit. If it doesn't go away I'm going to try using baby powder on my hands and feet after showering or sweating to relieve excess moisture; A cure that helped my late grandmother when she had eczema.
It sounds like most people on here are experiencing a handful of different things, but I appreciate hearing about these different afflictions as it helped me to better determine my situation!

While this seems like a similar case, it doesn't appear to be the same according to the pictures I googled of it. Though I am very thankful it isn't, especially sense that looks very bad.
I agree with what several people have posted as for there are several different problems listed in this thread. The original post seems like it could have been more on an yeast, or reaction, like issue, whether external or internal as another person posted about intestines, or even to sperm. There is the quoted issue, and then I believe there is the last problem/issue that I believe I have, Dyshidrotic eczema.
Thinking back to when I was about 19-20, I think I had my first outbreak, which one general practicing doctor said it was scabies. This never made since to me, mainly because they didn't look like that. Just because they were similar, i.e. little blisters, and a lack of knowledge. They have only been on my hands, scabies can be everywhere. I am nearly 35, next month, and have had these starting to occur for a few years now, off and on. I'm married, with kids, they dont share any of the symptoms I have had, ever, so it's isn't contagious. Where as the quoted post could/would be contagious. I had the same feelings about the appearance of them and what other people may think about what they see on my hands, even though you can't really notice them unless you're looking for them, or having a severe outbreak. I live in the southern part of Georgia, very close to FL, so it can get really hot. I have an office job, so I am usually not in the heat or expose my hands to hot (or cold) items. The last major outbreak I had was when they were all over my hands, palm, sides, base and tips of my fingers and thumb. I even had them along the edge of my palm along the pinky side. That has been a couple years ago, and now usually only have a few or group of them at the tips and occasionally sides of fingers. They did seems like they itched when it was a bad outbreak, but usually dont with the mild case. I used to pop them as others have mentioned, with the same clear fluid. I used to smoke, I quit 9 months ago, not sure if matters, but thought I would throw it out there. I couldn't tell if they are worse from stress. I just wish there were more information as for why they occur and a way to treat it.
I have tried bleach, and I don't think it really worked, but Calamine may (haven't thought to use it).
Best of luck to everyone!!

I have just recently started getting these little demons. I have been told that they are Dyshidrosis eczema and like all others described here, hard to pop blisters, once popped turn to dry cracked scaly skin. I have noticed that they seem to appear more frequently in cold weather, using cleaning products and now scented bath soap and lotions. I talked to a nurse and she mentioned her daughter having eczema on her face and what she found to work. Before posting this I wanted to try it and see if It helped and by goodness gracious it has. This might not work for all but I have high hopes that it will make it better. Here it is SOY CANDLES, I place them on a candle warmer and once liquefied I pour on my hands and fingers. The heat of the wax feels great. The wax does not crack after cooling I then rub the wax into my skin. Please people use common sense regarding the hot wax. if you are not comfortable using the hot wax just scoop out a pea size amount of the candle and rub on your hands like lotion, a little goes a long way. This helps with the overall discomfort and itching. I feel that since I am not itching and irritating the blisters it seems to heal a lot faster. Who knows the soy might be making it heal faster. I don't know about some of these other peoples conclusions but I feel that this is all due to a lack of vitamins or some kind of deficiency, so I myself will be doing my own testing. If I find anything useful I will write back but until then, use the soy !!

I just Goggled the same symptoms because I have had this same condition over the years. Like many of you, I tried self diagnosing myself and used everything out there imaginable to man. This condition only occurs when I am REALLY stressed out!
The good news is, Many years ago an old Irish doctor look at my hands and said that "I have a we bit of a nerve problem."
He prescribed a DexPak 6 Day TaperPak to clear up the condition, which it did.
This is used for allergic states.Control of severe or incapacitating allergic conditions intractable to adequate trials of conventional treatment in asthma, atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis, drug hypersensitivity reactions, perennial or seasonal allergic rhinitis, and serum sickness.
He also prescribed a very old school drug called " Hydroxyzine." Many doctors don't even know about this drug, because it is so old. I actually had a doctor pull out his PDR (Consumer Drug Information) to look it up, which he did. He learned something new from me! This prescription is really cheep, and this combo of drugs it the only thing that ever cleared this up for me, and fast.
Hydroxyzine (Google for more information.)
Today it is used primarily for the symptomatic relief of anxiety and tension associated with psychoneurosis and as an adjunct in organic disease states in which anxiety is manifested. Because of its antihistamine effects it can also be used for the treatment of severe cases of itching,
Now when I see these little blisters, I start on Benadryl and antihistamines right away and I am able to keep it from getting too severe . I am also prescribed Xanex for anxiety, so now this combination works for me.
I hope this information helps some of you with getting your condition under control.
Take care

I have these same symptoms. I firsts noticed 1-2 show up on my palm a few months ago and then went away. Now I have 2 on the lower side of my thumb. It's March, so not summer yet and I live in a cold climate. No clue what is causing it. Did you ever find any other information?

After i masturbate i get the same tiny little annoying bumbs. They go away a few days later, but return when i have a bout of long lasting self love. Cause and affect leads me to certainty that it has something to do with masturbating. They arent contagious, and are locallized to my left hand fingers and a little bit of palm. Annoying, and most interesting. Dont name this after me or anything, but i believe we have discovered something here.

Re: blisters containing clear, colorless fluid which tend to grow/spread when rubbed OR are exposed to UVB (sunlight, some indoor lighting), you could very likely be experiencing the "joy" of CONTACT PHOTODERMATITIS.
Indicators that would confirm would be: no "burns" (blisters) on the palm, but on the dorsal side of hands; exposure to plants or their chemicals which contain the other part of the equation (or recipe) to have this reaction which include: Queen Anne's lace, bergamont, carrot, LEMON, LIME, (I think all citrus...). It's a pretty long list. In the case of citrus, some areas of the world coat their fruit while others do not. As a North American who traveled to the Dom. Rep. Only to return with contact photodermatits two days after having squeezed limes in the D.R., I confounded the ER docs and was sent to a tropical diseases specialist who immediately diagnosed me and photographed my burns. He advised me that I may yet develop pigmentation as a result of the burns, but thankfully that didn't happen.
Treatment is steroid cream (ex. Cortisone suspension), covered with NON-adherent bandages.
