I have children and I take reasonably good care of myself. In mid twenties.
I eat healthy foods and limit salt and sugar ( no biscuits added salt at all )
I have a BMI of 19.2 and on a good day a waist of 73cm, on a bad day a waist of 86cm and this can be 3 hours apart.
I have seen my doctor several times who thought it was hormonal so I was put on the pill, which I took for a month and no longer can take the pill ( due to other reasons ) and as from this morning I have a huge 9 month pregnant gut and I am on day 2 of my AF
So it isn't hormonal... I have had a coeliac blood test because it gets a lot worse with bread happens every time and that came back clear.
I have stretch marks from bloating but none from either pregnancies.
Today I ate 1 peach, 1 apple, 2 coffees, 3 waters, then for lunch 3 pieces seed bread with a smudge of honey and a piece of watermelon. for dinner tortilla with lettuce, capsicum, avocado and chicken.
And that is it and I look pregnant ..
I have swelling in abdomen no bad bowel movements, no gassy just hard stomach and a stretching feeling.
Any suggestions as what I should do/try ?
Even better what is it ?
