You may have damaged it slightly. That could account for the blood in your ejaculate and the pain.
Go easy on it for a while. If it continues I'd suggest you visit a urologist. This is their area of expertise.

na na na my friend i know that problem and it is still going on with me right now i m 20 yrs old healthy man ... this problem is life time its on and off condition i searched a lot for this and come to the conclusion that we all hv to live with that for whole life ... but good news is we can't die because of it but once you get this problem now you or us can't get original condition like past years no doctor no medicine could recover it like original so avoid masturbation it will heal up with in 2 weeks or a month but if you do masturbation between you will get this problem just restart the time again to heal up.. so avoid masturbation porn and masturbation is bad that why our parents worried about us .. if you didn't stop NW so you may hv very big problem when you will be married you know what i m talking about...!
