blood clots from a penis after sex in his urination.

I have had this condition on and off for 13 years. Been to 11 different urologists and not 1 could figure out what the cause is. I had 3 cystoscopies.

I have been clear for 2.5 years. 6 months ago, my wife and I starting trying to get pregnant. No luck, so I gave a seaman sample. Results, zero sperm.

Urologist put me on Pregnyl and Clomid. 3 weeks later, the blood clots came back.

I have a follow up in 2 weeks.

My thoughts: cysts or lesions in prostrate, ejaculatory duct, or seminal vesicle, blocking my sperm.

Brother, please update me to how u are doing, out of the hundreds of messages I read on here, yours sound just like mine. For 10 years I’ve been experiencing this blood clot thing after sex/masterbation. It stopped in 2019 and Randomly came back in 2024. Over the past 5 months I have been going through pelvic floor dysfunction and a tight pelvic floor, I have been doing crazy amounts of pelvic floor stretching and sitz baths to relax my floor and it has been helping. I see a pelvic floor therapist soon, but since January I haven’t had any sex, could this tight pelvic floor stuff all be tied to what I’m experiencing, I need to know how you are doing in your sex life after the pelvic floor journey, I’m getting married soon and would to be able to enjoy my intimate life….
