Today after going to the restroom I noticed 4 or 5 drops of blood, when I went again later there were none. I did notice there had seamed to been a few more drops in my underwear from when I first noticed it.
If this occurs again, you should have it checked by an urologist. Blood mixed with sperm may not be a problem as it could be indicating blood vessel rupture, which clears pretty quickly. However, bleeding after urination and spotting afterwards could be indicating an std like Chlamydia or Gonorrhea but it could also indicate prostate problems like inflammation or rupture in the prostate veins, or even a bacterial infection.
Blood after urination usually goes along with prostate problems, so I would have make an appointment with an urologist if I were you.

when i was younger i experienced unbearable burning pain when i urinated.
then one day i was peeing an i just stopped ....and waited....and waited....and then blood came pouring out. to be honest it sh*t me up.
i ran to my mum who took me to casualty. a couple of weeks later the decision was to have me circumcised.

I had this problem when I was a kid, doctor told me to try & increase my water intake (all I used to drink was soft drink). I have increased my water intake since, in fact I rarely drink anything but water now (I'm 25 years old now & its my choice) & I have never had the problem since.

listen lirds me boyfriend is pissing blood but it comes out of his back way to .... what should we do ? he wont go doctors this has been going on for about 2 weeks
As far as blood from back is concerned, it is sign of Hemorrhoids, need to check what stage it is and if it can't be cured by medicines it requires a surgery (usually safe). Best is to go to Surgeon for back and Urologist for blood from penis. Good luck

I went to the toilet and about half way through urinating i felt a pain. It wasn't very intense but a couple of seconds after I finished urinating a couple of drop of blood came out. It seems very much like a cut as the blood came out unclotted and I didn't feel like i had passed a clot or anything like that.

I have blood after urinating, its caused by a stricture in my uretha. Got to catheter every few days to open the uretha up again, doctor said i have to do this for rest of my life, im only 28. Doc said the blood just caused by the stricture and nothing to worry about. It burns like hell when i got to pee. Had cystoscopy and all that, nightmare.
I'd say try drinking only water, it sounds like nephronitis which would be swelling in your nephrons which are in your kidneys. They could be dehydrated, and they die and leave the body as blood. Drink water, theyll stop dieing. Try that if you wanna avoid a doctor.
Hi Guys WAKE UP. Blood drops on penis is the first sign of Bladder cancer, get it checked out QUICK. I know as it happened to me and I am now an expert on BC. If cancer is still inside bladder then treatment and subsequent check ups most often leads to complete cure. But if it has entered the bladder lining it is much more serious, usually requiring removal of bladder and possible poor prognosis.
Getting to Doctor early is essential. Don't wait until it occurs again as that maybe too late. Thank your lucky stars that you had such an early warning and take immediate action
