I'm so upset and stressed out. Confused to the max. On Saturday pm I urinated. Towards the end I felt a massive pain, brief but intense like a sharp or a burn. When I stopped and looked pure blood trickled out. I called 111 then on their advice went to an a&e done urine test doc says v quickly it's an infection and handed me penicillin and said thats it and sent me off. I didn't go, I questioned the blood, his response was 'what did you expect? To come here and get put on a ward in a nice bed?' I was astounded. I questioned again, he says 'ok if you want to go thru lots of tests and wait hours,fine, I put you through'. He grasped back the penicillin and told me to go and wait to be called. I questioned penicillin but he shook his head and said I won't need it ??? Wtf? Long short: cannula, pain relief and buscopan. Blood test. No beds, no specialist 4am go home we will call you on Monday morning to have CT KUB scan!!. So, today: 1pm had scan. 3.30pm (3 1/2 hour wait, no pain relief) I did ask but told 'no, wait til it called thru'. I get called thru, doc says r u still in pain? Erm yes and feverish. Ok I look at your scan results he says. Called back in again, 'Well your scanning is normal and shows no kidney stones, your blood and urine results show normal so u can go'......Ok, great but 1. you havnt done a urine test today and 2. my urine test just over 24 hours ago showed infection?? Long short: doc didn't like me stating this, argument ensued, he's telling me to go, but I'm asking what about the blood? How can an infection disappear in 24hours without penicillin? You havnt done a urine test!!!!!? He got so angry and rude, he looked embarrassed. He called security. I'm desperate and crying. Long short: I'm now outside in agony not knowing why I've bled, not knowing if I have an infection or not, without medication? Just a few quid lighter thanks to all the taxis there and back twice. Just in tears now, feel exhausted and beaten and in agony. :( ???

I am so sorry that no one on this site would answer you, But You should first see your primary doctor and let him decide where should go from there, I had same issue at your age and it was totally benine situation that went away on its own in time , But you really do need to see your dr as I did.

I'm 48, I had a pee last nigh and I felt a sharp pain to my urine track top of my penis and after I pee blood came out , few drops of blood , I am worried that's unusual ..

Having a son, I can guess that you are possibly popping blood vessels, no worries. Maybe cut back hun? If it does continue do please mention to mom you need to visit a dr. Or dad, they will understand.
