Okay this may sound crazy- I googled this but can't seem to find any answers. A few years ago I had to have a bilateral cystectomy (I have PCOS) and they had to do some clean up with endometriosis. This was the first of four procedures. My doctor at the time told me I have "blunted fallopian tubes". The best way he could describe it was that it didn't have the "fingers". Well fast forward years later, my husband and I have been trying to get preggers with #2 for coming on 2 years. No luck. I'm ovulating, thankfully. And this isn't for lack of *ahem* trying. The PCOS and endometriosis have been much better since having my first (she was a miracle baby).
ANYWAYS- has anyone here heard of "blunted fallopian tubes"? What does it mean? Could this be hurting my chances of getting pregnant? My doctor just got deployed (we're military) and it's a bit of a wait to see another- and we're getting ready to move. (Hence why I haven't seen my doctor to ask him these questions).

I have the same condition and my doctor told me not to try to get preggery until i get a tubalgation procedure due to all of the damaged tissue. She stated that the prodecure is best done when i am trying to get preggy or im ready not before because the endometriosis could come back and damage them again leading to another procedure
