Thank you for the advice♥️♥️ I have had mine two to three years. Some mirrors they look like extremely big in and some they do not. Cannot stand to look at them. B en to a GP doctor and then he sent me to ENT doctor.. Like the other doctors told they are fat pads. 60 years and at old lady overweight.. Your advice has me thinking just except them and trust doctors and move on. Life is to short to worry needlessly.

Hi Dadams. You sound very much like me in the way you feel. Actually, many people here do. About two and 1/2 years ago, I noticed the swelling in the little pocket above my collarbone on my right side, but my doctor, who is quick to poo, poo things, said it was nothing, just fatty tissue. Really, he barely looked at it. I'm not sure if they're related, but after reading so many symptoms here with people who have swelling, it seems they very well could be. After barely being able to function for 3 years, horrible fatigue, having pain almost everywhere, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. There is no blood test that will confirm this, your tests will come back normal and your doctor just keeps brushing you off because of this. Reading so many of the symptoms here, now I do wonder if there is a connection because my swelling started when I started feeling so sick. The fact that it gets worse for many people when they're stressed makes sense, too. Just a thought. I wish all of you the best.

I am 74 and had para-thyroidectomy on Feb 1. They took out 3 glands because they were overproducing and causing the calcium to be drawn out of my bones and into my blood. After surgery I was told I would probably swell and 3 days later I was swollen as you all describe. I was told I had a goiter and hypothyroidism. This all came about after the surgery. The swelling took several weeks to go down and I am not sure it ever went completely away but I didn't notice it until recently. I have appointment with my urologist this week and will bring this to their attention. I have other medical issues but don't think they are related to the swelling in my neck.

I am a 57 year old female experiencing these same symptoms. My GP said to get an ultrasound and gave me the written order. I haven’t gone yet as it was just a day or so ago. But after reading all your test results, I suspect I’ll hear the same thing. I will follow thru as directed and let you know.

I have similar symptoms but mire noticeable on one side. I had shingles a few years ago. Don’t know if there is a connection. Also have gluten and dairy sensitivities and have been pondering/researching whether or not there is a connection. When I eat foods that irritate my digestive system I typically get runny nose, sneezing, coughing, etc, usually briefly acute but subtle symptoms can be somewhat chronic. I found that Gluten can get absorbed into places it shouldn’t and cause immune system to go into overdrive as well. Do any of you suffer from food sensitivities? Trying to discern if I’m on the right track.
