So hello first time poster...not the greatest of posts for a first timer but bare with me :-)
I am 21 next month and here is my problem.

Since I was a little kid age 10 or so from time to time I would have what I call a "Bowel Attack" basically I would wake up at night and I would have a lot of pain in my bowel after about 30 mins of this pain id discharge a regular size load then 5 mins after that I would go again and discharge some water and tid bits then I am cured.

So now that I am older I found ways to lighten the pain of the experience such as I stand up and drop down to my knees in a small ball and it takes a lot of pain from the experience...I can only guess my bowel is "forcing" a movement.
The problem is at worst case times it feels like my bowel is ripping (thats the kind of pain) and it kind of worries me. I am very daily there are times where I don't go for over a day but never any longer then 2 days.

One thing I notice is it happens almost EVERY time I eat fast food...I never eat it a lot (once a month or so) but from time to time I will grab a burger on my way home from work.
I had pizza hut last night with my girlfriend to have "movie night" I was to wore out to cook and the food she makes will kill just about anyone so pizza was plan B.

So anyone know why this is happening or what it could be? I don't think its anything major due to how long I have had this problem but id love to know what you all think. I know I should "go to my docs" but new job so I don't get health insurance for another 2 months so it hasn't killed me in 11 years I doubt 2 months will make to big of difference.

Thanks.
