It is true that precum CAN include some sperm, especially if it is a second ejaculation and he hasn't urinated between them to "clear the system" so to speak. But your mouth is at one end of your body and your vagina is at the other, right? And there is no direct connection between the two. You could swallow his entire ejaculate, sperm and all, and still not get pregnant from doing so.
But, if he is inside you and thinks he is only putting precum in there because he is SURE he knows when he's about to cum, it is still possible that a stray sperm can be in the system and be delivered with his precum. They are crafty little devils, because they're supposed to be! There are all kinds of hazards and roadblocks for the sperm to reach their target (which is why he ejaculates so many of them each time), but it only takes ONE to get through, to do the job.
