So today, me and my boyfriend were fooling around and we were both nude, he ejaculated on my inner thigh and it was on my bottom. Since I was lying down, it pooled a little under me and I cant be sure if it was on my vagina or not, but definitely on my inner thigh and bottom. I've read online about how you can get pregnant even if he does not ejaculate in you, which is scaring me as I am only 17. Shall I get the morning after pill tomorrow morning to make sure?

Sperm needs to get into your vagina. If that happened there is a chance of pregnancy.
When do you expect your period to start? If within the next 7-10 days you are unlikely to get pregnant. It's after you'd ovulate and the egg would not be viable.

My period ended on the 22nd (last friday) so I wont be on for another 3 weeks or so. The sperm was not directly in my vagina but around it, I wiped it off but doing that, it may have made it worse and pushed it in further.
Since your period just ended, strongly consider the morning after pill.
Just before your period it is unlikely you'd get pregnant. Afterwards, your fertility is INCREASING daily. Sperm can survive up to about 5 days as well.
