I know this post is old but I'm desperate and need advice to ease my mind. So I just had a baby 3 months ago and I haven't gotten my period back yet but the first of January, I had unprotected sex not thinking because I was very drunk. But I took the morning pill within a half hour after and he pulled out. A week after I took the pill, I bled heavy for 4-5 days. I had pregnancy like symptoms. Sore boobs, headaches and more hungry. Now, a month later, I'm still feeling some of those symptoms. Not so much sore boobs but I get hunger pains every 5-6 hours and I've been more tired then usual. Oh and I feel like I've been peeing a little bit more then normal. I've taken 3 pregnancy tests and all negative. Is it possible that the morning after pill is still making me feel like this ? What should I do ? What are my chances of being pregnant and getting negative results ? Advice asap !
Exactly same story, took map 12 hours after accident, two weeks later felt sik and tender breast!! Although my partner used a condom after alittle unprotected!!! So worried as I'm thinking I'm pregnant!! Please help
FINAL UPDATE: 3 pee tests, 1 blood test, all negative. My period finally started after extreme lower back pain the couple weeks beforehand. It was 47 days late (a total of 69 days from the start of my previous period). I skipped two entire periods (no spotting, nor early period whatsoever during this entire ordeal), but continued to feel breast tenderness every so often, both mild and severe, along with pelvic pain. You can just imagine my level of stress, which made things worse, along with large ovarian cysts found on both ovaries during my ultrasound. Big hug to everyone going through their own personal, plan b hell right now. This pill wreaks havoc on your body (and mind)!

My boyfriend and I had sex using a condom 2/21/16 and the condom broke resulting in him cumin inside of me. He bought Plan B almost immediately afterwards. So I probably took the pill within the hour or shortly an hour after sex. I am highly concerned I am pregnant. After researching when I was ovulating, I found out that the day we had unprotected sex was my first day of ovulation.
When taking the pill I felt nausea and light-headed shortly after which went away within an hour. 24 hours about taking the pill my boobs started hurting and cramping. Cramping, headaches and light cramping for the past two days. Now four days after taking the pill I am experiencing a lot of white mucus which has me highly concern that it is a sign of implantation and not side effects of the pill. I am experiencing this, breast sensitivity, light cramping, dizziness, headaches and changes in body heat. I am truly hoping this is just the pill working it's magic and not pregnancy.
COULD ANYONE REPLY IF WE YOU WERE OVULATING DURING SEX AND TOOK THE PILL, PLEASE!!

I had unprotected sex, ovulated the next day and took the pill the day after that. I ended up pregnant. The pharmacist said the pill is not so effective if you've already ovulated before taking it.

It could also be because you took plan b and that has messed around with your hormone balance, do you normally get sore breasts around the time your period is due?
My period isn't due for another two weeks...March 8th...according to the ovulation app I used
Plan by is a high dose hormone pill that has different effects on different people that take it and one of the side effects can be sore breasts.

I took Plan B next morning at 9am. (Feb 6th)

My expected period is Feb 26th but I'm a week late.
I took one preg test on Feb 25th, one on Feb 26th, one on Feb 29th, and another digital one on March 3rd. They were all negative.

My guess is that you're fine especially since you already had a period and you took several pregnancy tests around the time of your expected period and all came back negative. If you want you could get a blood test to be extra sure but I would say you're not pregnant.

Omg!! I'm so glad you posted your ordeal with plan b I'm experiencing the same exact thing I hope my period comes!

This is literally a mirror image of mine. Had unprotected sex the same day 2-21-16 and it was around the time I was most fertile-ovulation. I took the pill the next morning about 8 hours after. We have the exact same symptoms but my breast are swollen. I don't know if it is just the pill or what ? My period is due March 9 (tomorrow) I am very bloated, breast are swollen, and gassy. my pelvic area has a bit pain. Please let me know what happened to you. I am so nervous and Ik that stress causes it to come late but I can't stop looking things up ! I have had no spotting just white milky discharge.
