I missed two periods and now im bleeding bright red blood and when I urinate also lots of blood . Whats happening to me?

It could be a number of things.
Is there a chance you are pregnant? You can bleed, especially during the first trimester.
Are you having any "burning" during urination? UTI's are common in women.
It may also be a cyst.
See your doctor. You need to find out why you aren't having your period.
