I even have the same problem , but the symptoms are dubious. there is a brown soft skin on the very center of my nipples and it remains if isn't removed manually but when I remove it, there is a white irregular patch that I see thereafter. it starts itching afterwards. I am afraid. please help me deal with it. I haven't visited a doc. as m shy
