Your cysts and ache sound similar to what o have. I recently discovered mine is due to a dairy allergy. The allergy causes cystic achne on your chin and jaw line. And for me, cysts on the vulva Minora. I cut dairy out and it all stopped. But if I get exposed to dairy in any way. It all returns.
No soreness . No itch .. No hard lump .. On the edge of labia minora it appears a little swollen.
It's almost like a little sac but with nothing in it. If I pull the lips apart this small sac moves over
Towards the labia Majora and looks like a small lump. Except no lump can be felt.
I noticed this after a very itchy time from wearing tight trousers which I cleared with saline washes and antiseptic cream. And or anti fungal cream.
No discolouration. No signs of infection or pus.
So what is it. I am a mature lady.... No sex these days.

Hello!
I just went to ER cause I had one hurting so bad I couldn't walk. I am 28 and have had the smaller ones before. This time it got way worse. The whole right side of the labia minora was inflamed and hard. I will tell you I would rather go through a kidney stone 10 times over the procedure to drain it.
I had a Bartholin's Gland Cyst. They opened it up and put in a balloon to keep it open. Then put in a catheter the keep draining it and told me to follow up within 5 day to an OB-GYN. Was put on an oral meds, Bactin, and told to take Sitz baths 2-3 times a day.
This drainage catheter is annoying as no other and hurts if you move the wrong way! Hope no one else has to endure this!

I'm 16 and I've started having sexual activity. Although me and my partner have been checked for any sickness and we're both very healthy. I'm also overweight but I always have been. I've had these bumps come up (idk what's its called) but the very outer layer down there. I cant tell my parents I've had sexual experiences and I'm to scared to go to the doctor. Lately I had a very big one that was painful. I pooped it with a needle and yellow puss came out and it's still sore. Idk what to do help? Advice?
Get your b vitamins and d vitamin level checked. It can be due to deficiency of certain vitamins and minerals like zinc and magnesium too.
I have found a cure for these cysts since I get them often as well. I order an herbal tincture from red sage in madison wisconsin called fibroid and mass reducing formula. You'll never have to wait for a cyst to pop or go down on it's own again or worry about it leaving nasty scars. It works quickly as well. I used to get these chinese herbal pills but I would have to get those through an acupuncturist and it's nice to just be able to get this as soon as I need it.
Yes get std tests I agree, they're typically free in many cities and often they'll give you many free condoms to take home.

Curious question you ask that, because I do have both cysts and the keratosis.
First (???) guy in the thread. But a trans guy, so i have the same equipment as everyone else here...
Ive never had one of these before but developed one earlier this month on my labia minora. It swelled and hurt, so i drained it, but i was worried what it could mean. After a lot of research... seems like sometimes cysts just form for the heck of it?
In my case, however, i am pretty sure it is related to the fact i recently began hormone therapy. So, perhaps major hormonal shifts can make these cysts more likely to form.
Also noticed someone mention a lot more moisture than usual down there. I have noticed that as well, and it’s pretty stand-out because when you begin hormones as a trans man things get very dry down there.
Anyway, always make sure to use antiseptic ointment on open wounds & steralize any needles/blades with boiling or rubbing alcohol before using them and see your doctor if you are worried about your safety and especially/immediately if you develop a fever!! a fever could mean it has become infected and entered your blood stream - which can quickly become life threatening.
Also the ignorance in the gyno field about issues that are evidently extremely common is infuriating. Are we still in the 1800s?! Oh right, yes we are, because that is the last time they invented new tools for gyn exams...

This helped a lot thank you!
Just wanted to add
I had one of these this week - started off as little hard bump which grew into about a grape sized sore lump, v uncomfortable sitting and walking. Had warm baths and then one day did some coconut oil, a sitz bath and hot compress on the area which seems to drain it. Now v small bump remains which I assume will go in next couple of days
Nurse saw it on Friday and said likely to be a cyst but if gets inflamed or bigger go see a doctor and mention it on my next visit.
Very stressed at moment and just come off period so must be linked to that. Stress and anxiety really do cause so many problems :(

I've had loads of issues since on birth control and prostap for endometriosis. I'm seriously underweight and the pain of these things is killing me. I release loads of clear discharge daily, have ceased having periods and have pain with full bladder and after defacation. I'm neutropenic and am finding this whole thing too much on top of everything else. My gynae discharged me and I keep getting put on antibiotics for bumps of unknown origin. I have had on left side below opening of virgina and am now getting one opposite on right. I'm struggling to sit or walk without pain and no one will do anything. I'm lost.
I myself have had actual Boils in the Vaginal vacinity which sound very similar to what the symptoms you all our discussing. I currently have another (I believe) on my Labia itself and it hurts like heck! I believe it hurts due to gravity since that's such a sensitive area. On all my prior experience they are NOT to be popped nor messed with. Believe me it's a nightmare to get injections down there in order to have them lanced. However, they are highly contagious as well as can cause very serious infections if you don't have it done properly. Right now I'm at the end of still battling Shingles, In the midst of scheduling and prepping for Cataract Surgery, Have to have an Endoscopy for Barrett's Esophagus and had surgery Dec 24, 2019 but have a nodule that needs assessed! Now this! I'm super overwhelmed and trying not to stress and cause another Shingles outbreak. Anyway, maybe research Vaginal Boils and many of you will find answers you've been unable to find. Good Luck!
I just wanted to comment on what the Nurse above said. I have had Boils that I've had to have drained, what a B#$&H! Talk about pain, 5 injections direct and around and then once drained saline solution, also advised of Sitz baths. I currently have a Cyst on the surface of my Labia and it was about size of Grape. I went in saw 1 NP who DX incorrectly and put me on wrong antibiotic. Went and saw my favorite NP and she told me it was not a (Bartholins Cyst) it's just a Cyst, but was infected (Hence the swelling, excruciating pain) said it wasn't ready to be drained and my best option would be to do hot compresses and/or Sitz baths-plus gave me a stronger Antibiotic and also Ibuprofen. As I did the compresses often it leaked/ruptured on it's own, as much as I wanted to assist-it's a BIG NO NO!!!! Will make infection/pain worse and scar. I asked what to do if ruptured and I'm to continue Compresses/Sitz bath to get everything out possible. In the interim, I apply Vaseline after each Compress session and I do compress about 2-3 times in a row. Then I wear a pad (In event leaks etc) I had a partial Hysto years ago so period not part of it and just get Boils and now Cyst out of nowhere. Although, just at tail end of Shingles episode, had to see Cardiologist for Clearance and EKG for procedure Friday and I have to get a Covid test tomorrow then go back to Cardiologist for stress test. The clearance will also clear me for Cataract Surgery in Jan. Stress? Me? Ha!
Hope this helps a little.

Hi All, for those of you who have had all the tests and identified that it’s not an STD, you may have a condition called sebaceous adenitis, which is rare in humans but does cause pus/blood filled cysts like lumps on the vulva in some females. It’s a condition that has only recently been recognised and studied. I’d recommend getting a referral to a skin specialist to discuss it further. currently the only form of treatment seems to be a combination of a specific type of the pill and antibiotic.
Does it look like a white head and then when you wipe it goes flat?
