Hi,
For some time now i've had these small whiteish bumps under my foreskin near where it attaches to the head.
They're whitish, as i mentioned, smaller than 1mm in diameter, do not hurt and do not secrete anything.
Oh, and i'm a virgin and definately had them before my first sexual contact.
I would post an image but i'm new and don't know how acceptable it is here :-P
